Personal Training

First off, I am what you would call a “Traveling Trainer”. I load my equipment up and travel TO YOU to train you at your convenience. I found this to be both more cost effective and convenient for my clients and makes every situation unique for me on a daily basis. One day I’m training a client in the park, the next a church, the next an office space and the list goes on.

Areas I train: Burnet, Liberty Hill, Marble Falls, Bertram, Horsehoe Bay, Spicewood, Lampasas. (I am not opposed to traveling beyond these areas understanding that certain distances may require an added cost)

Who can train: Anyone! I have trained clients from every demographic and view each new client as a new story to be a part of. If you’re looking to lose the baby weight, prep for a show, prepare for the summer time, enter the military etc. I want to get to know your story and guide you down the path to success.  

No equipment required! I bring all the tools needed to change the way you look and feel, you just bring the energy!

Assessments: As with my online clients, I believe a fully developed and custom fitness routine is the only effective way for you to reach your goals. This includes assessing your current situation, accounting for injuries and strengths/weaknesses. I take the time to establish a baseline with my clients and develop a plan to tackle your goals head-on. This means even when you’re not training with me, you will be provided with the exercise protocol to do on your off-days.

Diet: There is not a “one size fits all” when it comes to diet and nutrition. More along the lines of “if the shoe fits”. In my case, I develop a plan built on your preferences and goals and we assess if it is providing the desired outcome. I provide a meal-plan as well as a macro-nutrient (think IIFYM) breakdown tailored to your needs. I teach you a way of eating so you don’t have to ride the diet roller-coaster.

Results: I am confident the combination of training with me, diet and consistency will be the best course of action for taking your fitness goals from a dream and making it your everyday.
