Chili Recipe Reflections

Well here are the results. My chili took second place out of 20! The highlight was explaining to everyone how healthy this recipe was. High in protein, low/no carb, low in fats. The secret is the quality of the ingredients. When choosing groceries, higher quality foods will contain higher quality ingredients resulting in a better macro profile. Here it is yall! This recipe feed 10!! Cutting every quantity in half will feed a small family
